This it second CD by this American metallic oriented HC band. I must say that I expected much more than this album can give me. Musically it's somewhere between Overcast and Fault. Especially their grove monstrous singer voice reminds me on Fault. And since this two bands are both average to me, also Fragment can't escape. Otherwise they have some really good technically metallic peaces, some acoustic parts and sometimes good singing parts. But there are lots of things that could be done better. They have also a musical song with violin and piano which reminds me on Richard Clyderman. Themes in lyrics are pretty monotonous and I think I had met that kind of lyrics in old school bands - distrust, lost friendship and stuff. But if you look at the bright side this lyrics probably give you more than all this evil style lyrics so often encountered these days by metal/HC bands. Nice packaging! VOICE OF LIFE RECORDS, P.O.
